Dr. J. M. Babu, currently Working as Professor at Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr.Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology, Avadi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-600062, India. He has total of 13 years of teaching and 3 years of Industrial experience. He completed his B.Tech from Swami Vivekananada Institute of Technology, Secunderabad in 2008, M.Tech from National Institute of Technology, Calicut, Kerala, Ph.D From Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr.Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology. He has published more than 45 research papers, 10 patents (2 patents granted), guided 3 Ph.D Scholars. His areas of interest is alternate fuels, hydrogen charged internal combustion engines, energy and environment. He has published his research papers in Energy conversion and Management, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, International Journal of Ambient Energy.

Mr. Sabareeshwaran Karuppaiya, a Mechanical Engineering graduate and currently working as a Calibration Engineer specializing in IC development, channels his expertise in thermodynamics, automotive systems, and heat transfer into his book IC Engines. The dedication to pushing the boundaries of engineering knowledge, crafted to empower both seasoned professionals and ambitious students. Collaborating with distinguished co-authors, esteemed faculty with over a decade of experience, he has masterfully combined practical insights with academic rigor. Alongside his writing, he is actively involved in cutting-edge research, focusing on innovations in engine calibration, emissions control, and energy efficiency. Beyond his technical expertise, he is a devoted mentor, inspiring the next generation of engineers through teaching and hands-on guidance, ensuring his impact on the industry is both profound and lasting.

Dr. R. Prabu, M.E., Ph.D., is a seasoned academic with over 8 years of teaching experience in Mechanical Engineering. A specialist in composite materials, he completed his Ph.D. at Anna University, focusing on Kevlar epoxy polymer composites. Dr. Prabu has published several papers in SCI-indexed journals and holds multiple patents in material science and mechanical applications. Currently serving as a faculty member at Vels School of Maritime Studies, he has guided numerous UG projects and holds various academic responsibilities, including exam cell coordination and research activities. His dedication to research and education is complemented by his expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies.

Mr. D. Sakthivel is a dedicated and passionate educator with a strong background in Internal Combustion Engineering. Currently pursuing his Ph.D., Sakthivel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the classroom, inspiring students to explore the intricacies of mechanical engineering. He holds a Master’s degree in Internal Combustion Engineering and is pursuing his doctoral research. His teaching and research interests span a broad spectrum of mechanical engineering disciplines, including Engineering Thermodynamics, Thermal Engineering, Heat and Mass Transfer, Gas Dynamics and Jet Propulsion, and Engineering Drawing. As an educator, he is committed to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. He believes in empowering students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to succeed in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.
