Mr. R. Gopalakrishnan is an assistant professor in the department of civil engineering at 2126-sri Muthukumaran institute of technology , Chikkarayapuram chennai-69.He holds B.E in civil engineering Roever Engineering College, Perambalur, M.E in Structural engineering Ranganathan engineering college,coimbatore.He is in the teaching profession for more than seven years.He has attended many workshops and conferences.

Mr. Sachinkumar M. Wani, a Jalgaon, India native, embarked on his academic journey with a firm foundation in production engineering, culminating in a Bachelor of Engineering degree with First Class honors. He further honed his expertise, achieving a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Machine Design in 2012.
His teaching expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of subjects Principle of Management, that including in brief as:
- Management and Organizations: Providing students with a solid foundation in management principles, organizational behavior, and current trends in the field.
- Planning: Equipping students with the skills to effectively plan and execute engineering projects, including strategic management and decision-making techniques.
- Organizing: Imparting knowledge on organizational structures, human resource management, and job design principles.
- Directing: Cultivating leadership qualities in students and fostering effective communication skills.
- Controlling: Teaching students about control systems, performance management, and the use of technology in management control.
Complementing his industrial experience, Mr. Wani has dedicated 18 years to pedagogical pursuits, imparting his knowledge in both private and government engineering colleges. Presently, he holds the esteemed position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Government College of Engineering, Jalgaon. Presently, He is engaged in advanced research as a Ph.D. candidate.
Mr. Wani’s professional trajectory spans over two decades, encompassing diverse roles within the manufacturing sector. Initially, he cultivated entrepreneurial acumen as the proprietor of a small firm. Subsequently, he contributed his skills as a production and quality engineer in a private limited organization, accumulating five years of valuable experience. His proficiency extends to the realm of management systems, where he adeptly oversaw both national and international projects during worked in industry. Furthermore, his mastery of various CAD software platforms facilitated the successful execution of few – design projects in industrial endeavors.
Mr. Wani’s scholarly contributions are evidenced by his publications in high-impact international journals, including Springer, Scopus, and UGC CARE. He has disseminated his research findings at numerous conferences, further solidifying his position as a thought leader in his field. His authorship extends to a published book on Material Science (2010), with another publication forthcoming. Furthermore, he has submitted a patent application, currently undergoing the review process. Mr. Wani’s expertise is also sought after by various public, private, and government organizations, where he provides technical consultancy services.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Wani cultivates a diverse range of interests. An avid reader, he finds solace in the written word. His creative spirit finds expression through singing and drawing. He maintains an active lifestyle, participating in sports such as cricket and basketball, and has attained proficiency in karate, evidenced by his possession of various belts.

Mrs.U Gopiga working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, Excel College for Commerce and Science Komarapalayam Namakal. Attending numerous Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and participating in various conferences, showcasing her commitment to academic excellence and her achievements in the field of education.

Mr. T. Kumarasan working as a HoD – Assistant Professor in the department of Aeronautical Engineering, J.J.College of Engineering and Technology – Trichy,, has about 09 years of teaching experience. He has published 10 research papers in referred international journal and various international conferences. His area of research in composite materials and aircraft propulsion. He is an active member of IAENG.
