Dr. Jayashree Deka

Dr. Jayashree Deka is an accomplished educator and researcher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Mechatronics Engineering Department at Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s Institute of Technology, Pune. With over eight years of academic experience, she specializes in areas such as microprocessors, control systems, VLSI, and biomedical image processing. Dr. Deka holds a Ph.D. from Assam Don Bosco University, where she conducted pioneering research on image processing and computer vision for freshwater fish species classification. A gold medalist in her M.Tech. from Tezpur University, she has published several papers in renowned journals and actively contributes as a reviewer for top-tier publications. Dr. Deka is also committed to professional growth, having earned certifications in Python, OpenCV, and Data Analytics.

Ms. Mayuri Sanjay Mhaske

Ms. Mayuri Sanjay Mhaske is a highly dedicated educator and researcher, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Mechatronics Engineering Department at Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s Institute of Technology, Pune. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and a specialization in Design Engineering, she brings over 11 years of valuable experience to her field. Ms. Mhaske is deeply committed to advancing knowledge in areas such as design, vibration analysis, Mechatronics, and automation. Her contributions to academia and research include pioneering projects, numerous publications in international journals, and a patent in hybrid composites, reflecting her passion for innovation and the practical application of engineering principles.

Dr. Ajeet Bhagwat Bhane

Dr. Ajeet Bhagwat Bhane is an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at S. N. D. College of Engineering & Research Center, Yeola, affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University, with 16 years of teaching experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in vibration, mechanical design, composite materials, robotics, automation, and mechatronics systems. Dr. Bhane has an extensive publication record, including 5 Scopus-indexed papers, 2 book chapters, 45 UGC-approved journal papers, 6 conference papers, and 2 patents. He is also an active reviewer for international journals and has guided over 30 postgraduate students.

Dr. Kiran C More

Dr. Kiran C More is an Associate Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at D.Y. Patil University, Pune, with 16 years of experience. He specializes in optimization methodologies and developed an improved Jaya Algorithm. Dr. More holds a B.E. from North Maharashtra University, an M.Tech, and a Ph.D. from SVNIT, Surat.

He has published 20 SCI/Scopus-indexed papers, 2 book chapters, and 3 patents. Dr. More has received several awards, including the Singapore International Educational Excellence Award (2024) and the Young Achiever Award (2019). He has guided 3 PhD and 20 M.E. students and actively reviews for international journals.
