Dr. A. Ananthi, M.E., Ph.D., is a Professor & Head of Department in Civil Engineering at J.J. College of Engineering and Technology, Trichy. She has completed her Ph.D at National Institute of Technology, Trichy. Her area of specializations is in High Performance Fiber Reinforced Concrete, Concrete Sustainability and Self Compacting Concrete. She presents her Research, Review Articles & Proceedings from the National and International Conference all over India. She is the Reviewer in various International Journals. She has Teaching experience for more than 18 years in various Academic Institutions. She has published 25 International Journals with high impact factor and also published research articles in International Conferences at Johannesburg, Norway and Prague, Czech Republic. She published more than five Patents in Indian Patent Rights, on the title like “FPGA- based greenhouse real time monitoring control system” & “Experiment with Reinforced Concrete Columns Reinforced with BFRPS Under Eccentric Compression”. She awarded Best Teacher award in the year of 2008 in J.J College of Engineering & Technology & she also awarded for Best Paper Award from PERI Institute of Technology, Chennai. She has received Young Scientist Award – International Conference on Current Trends in Modernized Computing and Communication Technologies organized by Institute of SIMATS Engineering, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, Chennai. She was involved in NAAC related activities, she also awarded life time membership from various Professional Bodies such as Indian Geotechnical Society (IGS) & International Association of Engineers (IAENG). She has actively participated in numerous Faculty Development Programs (FDP) and conducted events, conferences, webinars, seminars and workshops.
Mrs.T.Soundharya, M.E., (Ph.D.) is an Assistant Professor in Department of Civil Engineering at K.Ramakrishnan College of Technology, Trichy. She is doing her PhD in University College of Engineering, Trichy in the theme of corrosion Engineering. She is skilled in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Revit Architecture, MSP, and Primavera for engineering design and project management applications. She has published 3 research papers in areas including reinforced concrete, bamboo scrimber, geopolymer concrete, admixtures, and sustainable construction materials. She has Published 3 patents and Contributed to research and innovation through multiple design patents registered with the Intellectual Property of India. Recognized for academic excellence, including university rank achievements and a Best Project Award at a national-level conference. She also awarded lifetime membership from International Association of Engineers (IAENG).
Mrs. A. Uma, M.E., (Ph.D.) is an accomplished academician serving as the Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Civil Engineering at Trichy Engineering College, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. She also serves as the NAAC Coordinator and Training and Placement Coordinator, contributing significantly to institutional quality assurance, accreditation activities, and student career development. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Periyar Maniammai Institute of Science and Technology, Thanjavur. With 17 years of teaching experience, she has established herself as a dedicated educator, researcher, and academic administrator. Her areas of specialization include Wastewater Treatment and Environmental Engineering, with a strong interest in sustainable environmental practices and engineering education. Mrs. Uma has published 10 research and review papers in reputed national and international journals and has been granted five patents, demonstrating her commitment to research, innovation, and knowledge creation. She also played a pivotal role in establishing and developing the Civil Engineering laboratories at Mookambigai College of Engineering, enhancing practical learning and research facilities. As the NAAC Coordinator, she has been actively involved in institutional planning, documentation, quality assurance initiatives, and accreditation processes. In her role as Training and Placement Coordinator, she works closely with industries and organizations to facilitate training programs, skill development initiatives, internships, and placement opportunities, thereby enhancing students’ employability. In recognition of her excellence in teaching and dedication to technical education, she received the Best Teacher Award from the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), Coimbatore Chapter, in 2017. She continues to contribute to academic excellence, institutional development, research, and student success through her leadership and commitment to quality education.
S.Rivetha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at J.J. College of Engineering and Technology, Trichy. She completed her postgraduate degree from PSNA College of Engineering and Technology, Dindigul, and her undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from K.L.N. College of Information Technology, Sivagangai. She has published research papers in the International Journal of Scientific Research in Science and Technology (IJSRST) and the International Journal of Innovative Research in Information Security. She has also been granted/published a patent through the Indian Patent Office. She has attended and presented research papers at more than three international conferences and has participated in more than 15 workshops and Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) conducted by various institutions.
