About the Authors'
Dr. S. Manikandan is an Associate Professor and Head, Civil Engineering in Sri Muthukumaran Institute of Technology, Chikkarayapuram, Chennai. He holds B.E. in Civil Engineering (ARJ College of Engineering and Technology, Mannargudi), M.E. in Environmental Engineering (Alagappa Chettiar Govt. College of Engineering and Technology, Karaikudi), MBA (Alagappa University, Karaikudi) and completed his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Annamalai University, Chidambaram). He published 3 textbooks in Anna University Syllabus and 1 textbook in Annamalai University Syllabus, and he has presented more than 12 technical papers published in National and International Conferences and Journals.
Dr. K. Sakthimurugan is working as Professor in Department of Civil Engineering at C.K College of Engineering & Technology, Cuddalore specializing in Structural Engineering. He holds a Ph.D in structural Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. He is also a seasoned structural engineer with expertise in designing over 200 buildings and has a strong consultancy background, delivering solutions for diverse projects. With vast experience in both academia and industry over 15 years, he has contributed extensively to research in rehabilitation of concrete structures, alternative building materials and advanced construction technologies.
Mr. R. Sivaji is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Sri Muthukumaran Institute of Technology, Chikkarayapuram, Chennai . He graduated in Civil Engineering at Annamalai University, Chidambaram, TamilNadu and he did his Post Graduate in Structural Engineering at B.S.Abdur Rahman (Crescent University), Chennai, TamilNadu. He also pursuing Ph.D. in the field of Structural Engineering at Vel Tech University, Chennai Campus, TamilNadu. He had 4 years of industrial experience and 2 Years of teaching experiences. Also he has presented 5 technical papers in International Conferences and Journals.
Dr. P. Swaminathan working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at MANGALAM COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, Ettumanoor, Kerala. He graduated in Civil & Structural Engineering in Department of Civil & Structural Engineering at Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu, India. He secured Master degree and Ph.D., in Department of Structural Engineering from the same University. He is in the field of Civil at Mangalam College of Engineering, Ettumanoor, Kerala, India. He is in teaching profession for more than Twelve years. He has presented more than 15 papers in National and International Journals, attended many Conferences and Symposiums. He also wrote a book in civil for the subject Construction Materials. His main area of interest includes Concrete Technology, Structural Analysis and Design of Concrete Structures.
Mr. A. Venkateshan working as an Assistant Professor Department of Civil Engineering at Sri Muthukumaran Institute of Technology, Chikkarayapuram, Chennai . He graduated in Civil Engineering at Tamil Nadu College of Engineering, Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, TamilNadu, India. He secured Post Graduate in Structural Engineering at Gnanamani College of Engineering, Pachal, Namakkal, TamilNadu, India. He is in teaching profession for more than 9 years. He has presented papers in many Conference and Journals. His main area of interest includes Fluid Mechanics and Design of Reinforced Concrete Structure.
