About the Authors'

Dr. V. Ravi Raj

Dr. V. Ravi Raj is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sri Sairam Engineering College, Chennai. He obtained his B.E (Mech.Engg.) from Madurai Kamaraj University, in 1988.He acquired his M.E degree in Product Design & Development, from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai. He did his Ph.D, in the field of Polymer Composites. He has 7 years of Industrial experience and 29 years of teaching experience, specializing in Design subjects like Engineering Mechanics, Theory of Machines, Design of Machine elements and Design of Transmission systems etc. He has more than 15 research Journal publications and 14 Patents. He is the member in various professional societies like, ISTE,IEEE, SAE.IIPE, and IWS.

Mr. U. Sangameswaran

Mr. U. Sangameswaran has been involved in teaching, research and development activities in the mechanics group of subjects – Manufacturing Processes, Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Design of Machine Elements, Computer Integrated Manufacturing. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering at Sri Muthukumaran Institute of Technology Chennai. He received his Master of Engineering (ME) in Engineering Design and MBA in General Management. He has eleven years of industry experience in addition to teaching. He has author numerous publications in international conference and journal his dedication to innovation and knowledge sharing.

Dr. K. P. Vasantha Kumar

Dr. K. P. Vasantha Kumar, He is talented and passionate individual with three years of teaching experience. Now He is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, M.I.E.T Engineering college, Gundur, Trichy. He completed Ph.D in CFR, Anna University, Chennai and M.E. Engineering Design in Anna university Regional campus Madurai. He has an impressive academic record, with 6 plus annexure paper and international journal indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.

Mr. M. Siva

Mr. M. Siva, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at St. Joseph’s College of Engineering. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Paavai Engineering college, and his Master’s degree in Manufacturing systems and Management from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, Chennai. He completed PG course on “3D printing” in Mechanical Engineering at IIT Palakkad. He has an impressive academic record, with 10 plus international journal publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
